iCMS - A versatile way to regularly update website content
iCMS (Inartus Content Management System) is designed to make updating websites fast and easy.
The system uses industry standard techniques and technologies (XML, XSLT, CSS, XHTML) to customise your website the way you want it.
At any time, you can log into your site and change pages. Any changes you make appear automatically in the news section of your site so your site alerts vistors when changes are made.

If you visit a website and it hasn't changed since the last time you viewed it six months ago, there's a good chance you won't visit it again for another six months, if at all.
The most popular websites are the ones which change often, sometimes daily; that's something you should think about when planning how to update your website.
iCMS removes any need to contact administrators to make your changes for you - you can log on and make the changes yourself from anywhere with an Internet connection. This makes weekly or even daily updates possible. The system is designed to be simple and intuitive, with no need to understand HTML or other web technologies (if you do though you can still put this knowledge to use in the system).
Even better, you can issue logins to several people in your organisation so that they may all contribute to the site. Roles (administrator, editor, contributor) are used to make sure new submissions go through the correct channels before getting published so that the editor has the final say.

How can I use iCMS?
iCMS is available exclusively through Inartus webhosting.
There are three parts to setting up a website:
Domain registration - eg. yoursite.com
Website hosting - the webspace where your website resides
Website design - the look and feel of your choice integrated with the iCMS engine
